How it all began...

I have always had a natural instinct for interior design and decorating. My entire being is affected both emotionally and spiritually by my surroundings. I feel very strongly that everyone’s home should be their sanctuary from the world and should reflect who they really are. I strive to evoke these qualities in every project, whether it’s a room redesign or a custom design project.

I started my career in the corporate world where I worked for many years; my passion for interior design taking the back burner. As budget constraints were always an issue for me and family and friends who called on my talent to help them with their decorating, I learned to think outside the box. This has been an invaluable tool allowing me to bring my talents and creativity to every project.

Several years ago I took the big step and launched Taylored Interiors. At long last I could put my talents to use doing work I really loved. As my husband is a remodeling contractor, I had numerous long established contacts and friends among the trade who were able to assist me in carrying out complicated

design projects. And, the administrative skills I had acquired over the years in the corporate world helped me organize and run a thriving business.

Along the way, my experience & expertise have earned me acceptance into the Interior Design Society.  I have a full portfolio of finished designs and recommendations from happy clients. 

My continuing desire is to fulfill the dreams of others by helping them to create a rich, warm and inviting space in which to live. It’s the reactions my clients give me when they first see the transformed space, much like those you see on TV, that make all my efforts worthwhile.
