This older home located on the Neuse River in New Bern, NC had spent it's last years as a rental property.  When the homeowners began planning their retirement and relocation to eastern North Carolina, they decided it was time to remodel this two story home.  The home was dark with wood trim and cabinetry that had also lost it's luster making it seem less than desireable.  Here are some of the before and after pictures...     ENJOY!
